In February 2019, the first Andaz-branded hotel in Germany opened in Munich, as a part of Schwabinger Tor real estate development. We were asked to  shoot 12K vertical content of the Bavarian Sky for a large scale installation in the hotel lobby using the existing architecture.

For the four 7m high and 1m wide video walls we shot content that represents the white and blue Munich sky, which is also referenced in the Bavarian national flag. The video columns should become a hyper-realistic window to the Munich sky.
We shot the footage on the top of the hotel over the course of 1 year in 12K 7:1 aspect ratio. The footage plays in a 2,5h loop. Post-production and final delivery was done in-house.
